Club & Shoe Rentals: $59 per set, and $25 per pair
Teams: If you register less than a foursome the tournament committee will make pairing assignments

Transportation: Each Player will arrange their own transportation to the course. At the conclusion of the event, taxis and vans will be available to transport the golfers back to their various hotels, for a nominal fee.
Raffle to Benefit the DSF Scholarship Fund:
Mulligan Tickets will be $5 each or 3 for $10 (per player max) Mulligan Tickets are also entries into the raffle
Raffle Tickets will also be available at $5 each or 3 for $10 at the event
