    Job Description

    Senior Account Executive

    We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Account Executive with exceptional sales, communication, organization, and analytical skills. In this critical role, the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for the identification, targeting, and execution of strategic agency relationships. This will consist mainly of client-facing information discovery, proposal development for both strategic and tactical recommendations, license agreement ratification and execution, and identification of upsell opportunities. This position will be based in New York City.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop strategic sales plan designed to hit or exceed revenue goals
    • Develop and expand agency partnerships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs, development of case studies for purpose of showcasing rVue’s ability to drive agency business and client results
    • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
    • Tracking and maintenance of client and prospect database and required organizational updates
    • Understand agency, advertiser, data and vendor landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; who are the major players, how do they plan and buy DOOH?
    • Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition, strategic insights, technology, processes, partnerships as relates to growth of current and prospective client accounts
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the agency industry and of the biddable media marketplace undefined past, present, and future. Specifically, agency trading desks and other DSPs in all media
    • Works collaboratively and productively with internal team including trading desk, client services, technology, marketing, strategy and finance
    • Responsible for collection of any past due client fees or media billing for assigned list of accounts
    • Other responsibilities, as may be required, such as: conference attendance, industry event attendance, and other substantive activities as we may decide

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
    • 5-7 years of experience in media or media research sales, preferably digital out-of-home. Knowledge of mobile and underlying technology and research is also helpful.  Existing advertising agency relationships a must.
    • Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships. Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically about client’s business is necessary
    • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong consultative sales skills, personable, charismatic
    • Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies
    • Must be able to travel 25-50% of the time (frequent day trips, semi-regular overnights might be required)

     Regional Sales Manager - Outside Sales Division

    Position:
    Are you a Sales Professional looking to take your career to the next level?
    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with sales management expertise to promote, sell, and secure new business by understanding customer needs and calling on those customers. Develop relationships and business both with established accounts and new opportunities, including dealers, distributors, retailers, specifiers, and end-users. Must manage the success of the region to maximize profitable sales growth. Prepare information or other tasks as may be assigned by sales management. Positions available are based in Baltimore, MD/Washington, DC, Philadelphia, PA or Chicago, IL.

    Essential Results:
    • Effectively service existing accounts and establish new accounts by smart planning and organizing of daily work schedule to call on current and potential sales opportunities.
    • Meet sales objectives of the region.
    • Must demonstrate continual success pursuing and securing new accounts.
    • Keep management informed of all worthy sales contacts by submitting call information each week in Sales and Marketing system.
    • Monitor competition and gather, on an on-going basis, current marketplace information, including pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, programs, merchandising, and other information that may be helpful.
    • Educate dealer/distributor personnel on our products and how to sell them.
    • Prepare a resourceful annual region sales plan and effectively execute it.
    • Recommend changes to be made in our products, services, and policies to management based on in-field feedback and observations.
    • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, resolving complaints, and/or preparing reports.
    • Assist in marketing research activity as requested by management.
    • Support other Peerless sales people and associates while in the field.
    • Use proper company forms and procedures for all administrative functions.
    • Treat customers, end-users, and Peerless associates with dignity, respect, and good communication.
    • Extensive travel (80%) required.

    Position Requirements:
    The successful candidate will possess:
    • Bachelor’s degree (required).
    • At least 5 years in Outside Sales or related position experience.
    • Established relationships in Pro A/V and CE industries.
    • Effective writing skills, excellent communication and listening skills.
    • Effective sales presentation skills.
    • Self-motivation, with high energy and a strong work ethic.
    • Well-developed people skills.
    • Good judgment, positive mental attitude.
    • Effective knowledge of the use of computers from remote locations.
    • Demonstrated pattern of success in sales career.
