Will Amos is a native of Atlanta and currently lives in New York. He has been a part of the digital signage and pro-AV industries for more than 10 years. He began his career with a small company called Litelogic. He gained valuable industry experience and passion for the industry working for NanoLumens.
After a couple of years focusing on consumer engagement solutions for retail Will joined a great team with Diversified’s Digital Media Group, a large integrator specializing in engineering and managing reliable digital signage networks/solutions.
His strengths are in his retail / creative experience and focus on supporting the education of this market on how best to deploy and manage technology globally.
- Wayne Rasor
- Director of Digital & Exterior Technology
Wayne Rasor combines his passion for interior and exterior digital technology with 25+ years of experience in the traditional, electrical and digital signage industry. Prior to his work with FASTSIGNS International, Inc., he managed national/global image conversions for the telecommunications, corporate, restaurant and hospitality industries. Over the last decade, he has focused on digital signage for outdoor LED message boards including content creation and management for national digital networks. He brings many years of experience in the cut vinyl and silk screening industry and shares his wealth of experience in large electrical signage projects such as neon, channel letters and pylon signs. Most recently, Wayne has focused on interior digital signage including interactive, contextual and responsive technologies. He has held training courses on digital signage and content creation for franchisees all over the world and provides technology support for the 680+ FASTSIGNS centers globally. Wayne is currently on the Board of Directors for the DSF, Digital Signage Federation, working to grow education and knowledge within the industry.

I have worked for United Airlines for the past 32 years. Started out in IT as Computer Operator mounting reel-reel taps. Eventually supporting Flight Attendants at O’Hare in Chicago for 10 years, before rejoining IT in the End User Engineering Group. In this Group I’m responsible for the setting the enterprise standards for End User Devices and Lifecycle Management along with being forward looking for new technology and how its fits within United Airlines. I work with our End Users to find the standards that fit their needs from Mobility to Desktops to Digital Signage Hardware.
Outside of United, I live 43 miles west of Chicago in a Far Western Suburb of Sugar Grove. Here I enjoy working around the house, outdoors with anything related to water activities. I have been married for the past 17 years to Tina and we have a daughter Tori. We also have rescued 4 Pomeranians that are fur babies. We enjoy using my United Benefits of Travel and frequently travel around the United States visiting family and frequently visit Hawaii several time a year. Outside of United, I have volunteered in my local community for our Annual Sugar Grove Corn Boil Festival for the past 10 years and currently serve as its Vice President and Committee Chairperson for the Information Tent.

Jeff Grandell is the Founder and President of LPS – Output Technologies a 28 year old Integration and Consulting company in Office Printing, Digital Signage, and Corporate A/V. He is also the Co-Founder and Owner of Display Solutions Group, LLC which teaches and consults current businesses and individuals how to add digital signage as a new revenue stream or marketing platform.
Jeff currently provides services, support, and consulting to companies as large as Fortune 100 to small “Mom & Pop” establishments. Some of these clients include international retail, QSR and convenience store chains, as well as professional sports teams and universities.
Jeff is a Digital Signage Certified Expert, HP Certified technician, and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
Jeff has a passion for service. He enjoys the interaction that occurs when a service approach is used while working with a client whether it is in the sales of hardware, design of a solution, or just meeting someone’s requirements. He believes everyone likes to feel their wishes have been met, which is his goal in each business relationship.
- Frank Pisano
- VP of Sales, Americas
Frank has been in sales leadership positions for over 15 years with experience in effectively leading, developing and directing sales teams. He successfully creates strategic relationships and cultivates new business with channel partners. He is currently VP of Sales, Americas at BrightSign managing the field team, inside sales and sales administration staff. Previously Frank worked at Milestone AV Technologies, Chief Product Division managing three sales channels: Digital Signage, Pro AV and Office Furniture.
In 2015, Frank crafted the idea of creating a new sales group for Chief mounting solutions, focusing strictly on Digital Signage. The Technology Solutions Group was created to better serve customers with digital signage rollouts from start to finish and providing a deeper focus on the Digital Signage Ecosystem. Frank joined BrightSign, the global market leader in digital signage players, a year ago to run sales for the Americas. This role allows Frank to build a high-performance sales team while utilizing his contacts in the Pro AV channel to build Brightsign’s focus on growing business with integration partners.
Frank currently serves on Digital Signage Federation’s A&O Committee. He is very well known in the Pro AV dealer channel and has served on AVIXA/Infocomm steering committees. He has focused on continuing education through Infocomm International’s AV Executive Master’s Program and is a Certified Technology Specialist. He’s been very active with NSCA Business & Leadership Conference, regularly participates in AV Podcasts and has written Digital Signage content for trade publications.Frank resides in the Atlanta-metro area. He’s an avid golfer, a die-hard sports fan and loyal Virginia Tech Hokie.
Frank is currently running for Digital Signage Federation’s Board of Directors to bring his passion on promoting Digital Signage to the commercial market. His experience adding perspective to the teams he manages would help serve the Digital Signage Federation looking to grow with new ideas and strategies.

Kelly Smith has over 13 years of experience within the digital signage industry working in roles from content production, system design & hardware specification, implementation, technical support, project management and for the last 3.5 years, as an Account Executive with Capital Networks. Working on digital signage projects in virtually every industry vertical from each of these viewpoints will aide Kelly with supporting the broader DSF membership. As a major proponent of continuous learning and sharing of knowledge, and with the support of the current DSF board, Kelly recently chaired a Toronto DSF Breakfast Education session, which received positive feedback and the next sessions are planned for the new year. Along with industry experience, Kelly also has 6 years of experience as a board of directors member with various not for profit organizations, most recently as Director of Marketing for the Toronto Triathlon Club.

As Director of Digital Experience at Shikatani Lacroix Design, Marcos oversees the integration of digital creative solutions that converge strategy, creative, technology, innovation, brand, and design experiences. His focus is helping brands innovate through omnichannel solutions that meet business objectives and deliver results along the digital path to purchase. Marcos has successfully delivered content strategy, creative direction and design across a full range of traditional and digital experiences including digital signage, mobile, web, interactive kiosks, broadcast, rich media, branding, traditional and digital advertising, Vr/Ar and other experiential media. His digital creative vision continues to enrich SLD’s projects, from digital and retail to corporate and even packaging, bringing them to life and producing engaging digital experiences.Marcos has a long history in the digital and creative agency world. He was partner and chief creative officer for Spot Digital a leading edge boutique agency and has been through several of Toronto’s staple brand, advertising, and creative agencies. Marcos also helped create, launch and lead Alchemy – the digital creative agency of St. Joseph Communications and then went on to lead digital creative for the broader organization – one of the leading content creation firms in the world. Marcos is a well known creative leader in digital and has helped create and establish many best practices in content creation for digital signage and interactive experience. He has taken this into new first of its kind innovations like blending Virtual and Augmented Reality with Neuroscience to deliver integrated brand experiences to some very high profile global brands. Marcos sits on the DSF Content Advisory board and has facilitated many speaking engagements, education leadership, teaching seminars and mentoring initiatives for attendees at DSE and other DSF initiatives. He has led his agencies to win 6 Apex awards over the years at DSE conferences. His objective for the industry is to continue to move it towards a leading marketing and communications medium the elevates it from Digital Signage to Integrated Brand Experiences.
