Dominic DeSieno

Digital Signage Technology Lead
In his role as Digital Signage Technology Lead, Dominic DeSieno has been managing field operations and system configuration for Wells Fargo since 2010. Before that, he worked for more than 10 years as a web programmer and website designer. Currently, DeSieno manages the hardware/ operations staff on the digital signage team that is responsible for systems for both employees and customers at more than 5,000 sites.
Kym Frank

Chief Experience Officer
Kym has over 25 years of experience working in media and audience research - across all media channels. She has held key leadership roles with media and advertising companies such as King World, CBS, Symphony Advanced Media, ZenithOptimedia, most recently serving as President of Geopath, the measurement body for out-of-home advertising (OOH) in the United States. In the fall of 2021, Kym joined Motionworks as Global CXO. In this new role, Kym is developing new ways to leverage population intelligence data to increase accuracy and confidence in decision-marking, both in the OOH industry and beyond. Kym is focusing on a wide range of categories and markets, including OOH organizations outside of the United States, where there is significant opportunity to use smart data to demonstrate the power of the channel. Kym was elected to the Digital Signage Federation in 2022, currently serving on the Education Committee.
Beth Warren

As head of marketing, Beth brings her deep understanding of Brand and the industry to position Creative Realities – as a force in digital signage solutions. As a strategist, her experience in leading end users and partners in pursuit of purpose-driven digital ecosystems has positioned her as an industry go-to and value resource in solution collaboration. Her role on the Board of the Digital Signage Federation provides an ideal platform to inform and inspire new, next and best practices shaping the stories and the people who inspired them – for recognition and credit.
Her own brand of commercial leadership style blends design thinking and technography so that ecosystems are born of the human experience – not for the sake of gadgetry – and seamlessly integrated in a way that transforms bling to bold, beautiful and better experiences. Clients such as Calvin Klein, Ryder Trucks, US Vision, Innisfree Korean Beauty, Paradies-Lagardere and many others have benefitted from her sense of curiosity and passion for what’s possible.
Beth’s depth of service in and across the digital signage ecosystem and the DSF Board has her as Chair of the Partnership Committee, head of the Advisory Council, Co-creator of the D=SIGN and Power Hour education for AVIXA, a Technology advisor to Retail Touchpoints, an seasonal judge for the DSE and International Digital Signage Awards. How does she find the time? “When you do what you love for people who matter, time doesn’t exist”
Beth lives in Princeton NJ with her husband Jordan and beloved Goldendoodle named Bendel – after the iconic NYC retailer.
Corrie Brannan

Corrie Brannan serves as the Director of Channel Partnerships at Skykit, a growing digital signage and workplace experience company. She has deep experience in the digital signage industry and has helped customers implement large-scale networks over the past 10 years. As a digital signage certified expert, she has a passion for identifying and building the right solution for partners and customers to ensure their digital signage is easy to implement and manage.
Corrie matches her digital signage expertise with a strong passion for developing relationships, new business opportunities and partnerships. Prior to joining Skykit, Corrie served as a sales and business development leader at a number of SaaS and digital signage organizations. She truly has a heart for service as she is a part of multiple volunteer organizations within her community and operates an event business with her husband in her spare time.
Jonathan Brawn, CTS, ISF, ISF-C, DSCE, DSDE, DSNE, DCME

Principal
Jonathan Brawn is a principal of Brawn Consulting, an audiovisual and digital signage consulting, educational development, and marketing firm with national exposure to major manufacturers, distributors, and integrators in the commercial audiovisual and digital signage industries. Jonathan has extensive experience in AV and digital signage systems design and integration, as well as expertise in the development of educational programs. Before joining Brawn Consulting, Jonathan was Director of Technical Services for Visual Appliances and he successfully ran his own design/build group, Brawn & Associates. Jonathan holds CTS certification and is on the senior faculty at AVIXA. In 2020, Jonathan was awarded Educator of the Year from AVIXA. He also received the InfoComm 2012 Young AV Professional award. Jonathan’s work in industry standards is extensive having sat on the InfoComm (now AVIXA) PISCR (Projected Image System Contrast Ratio) task group, helping develop the industry ANSI standard for system contrast, and the follow up standard for all displays, ISCR (Image System Contrast Ratio). He currently serves on AVIXA’s Standards Steering Commitee. Jonathan previously served on the Board of Advisors for the Digital Signage Expo and helped create the educational curriculum for the organization. He is a founding director of ISF Commercial, a display calibration certification body, and a co-director of The Digital Signage Experts Group. He provides articles for industry publications including Systems Contractor News, Sound and Video Contractor, and The Digital Signage Magazine.
Jonathan is a principal of Brawn Consulting, an audiovisual consulting, educational, and marketing firm with national exposure to the industry. Jonathan has two decades of experience in design, integration, and development of educational programs. Previously, Jonathan was Director of Technical Services for Visual Appliances, and ran his own design/build group, Brawn & Associates. Jonathan holds CTS certification and been senior AVIXA faculty. In 2020, Jonathan was awarded Educator of the Year from AVIXA. He also received the InfoComm 2012 Young AV Professional award. He extensively worked on standards as part of the PISCR, DISCAS, and ISCR task groups, and currently is part of the AVIXA Standards Steering Committee.
IAN DALLIMORE

Ian began his career in Sports Marketing working in Triple-A Baseball for the Houston Astros as Director of Marketing. He then began with Lamar in 2004 and has advanced through roles specializing in Events & Sports Marketing, National Sales, Innovation, and Digital Out-of-Home Strategy. Throughout the years, his influence on technology, digital innovation, and sales strategy has strongly impacted both the OOH industry and Lamar’s Digital presence. Now, as Lamar’s VP of Digital Growth/GM Programmatic, Ian works with Programmatic SSPs, DSPs, and client brands and agencies to devise strategic plans utilizing Digital OOH. His unique ties with Lamar’s Digital Network Operations help drive new, future innovations through the use of technologies such as real-time feeds, social platforms, 1st/3rd party data, and interactive technologies as well as a heavy focus on Data and Attribution. Ian is the Chair of the Innovation Committee for the OAAA and sits on Advisory Boards and Committees with DPAA, DSF, DSE, GeoPath, and other industry associations. Ian is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Communications minor and 2019. He was named OAAA Inaugural “Rising Star” Award as well as Baton Rouge’s Forty Under Forty. Ian is the host of the industry's most popular podcast, Digital & Dirt where he interviews tech companies, brands, agencies, and futurists. He has 9 y/o triplets (Amelie, Ellie Jake) and 8 y/o (Wes) with his wife where they reside in Baton Rouge, LA.
Michelle Montazeri

Michelle has been a part of the Legrand | AV team for 12 years, beginning as a regional sales manager for the Chief brand. In her current role as manager for the digital signage sales team, she combines her prior experience in product management, business development and sales success to lead her team in providing consultation for expansive signage deployments and expanding Legrand | AV’s manufacturing partnerships. In her professional and personal life, Michelle has a passion for equity which translates to helping others ensure their technology decisions offer amazing experiences for all.
Megan Zeller
Peerless-AV
Senior Director of Business Development
As Senior Director of Business Development, Megan is responsible for driving Peerless-AV forward by identifying and developing new digital signage opportunities, building and expanding the presence of the company and its brand with leaders in digital signage, including OEMs, end users, architects, integrators, and consultants.
Many of the high profile and unique projects in Las Vegas casinos and hotels are a result of Megan’s hard work, intelligence on dvLED, and persistence to ensure the end customer receives the result they intended to see.
With her experience at Peerless-AV and over a decade of additional experience in the service and advertising industries Megan brings a diverse background of expertise. Megan also previously sat on the Board at George Washington University Customer Experience (CX) Program Advisory Council focusing on modifying and improving brand processes, products and experiences from the customer benefit.
In addition to many AV related certificates and designations, Megan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University and a Bachelors degree from Embry-Riddle University.
In Megan’s time away from the industry, she loves spending time with her two Great Pyrenees dogs, Instagram sensations Mr Beags and Peaches, traveling the world, golfing, and finding new and exciting recipes to cook for friends and family.
