Back to Business- Guide to Planning for Safe Employee Re-Entry from D&G LLP

Davis & Gilbert LLP has published a Back to Business guide called Planning for Safe Employee Re-Entry.  Gary Kibel, an attorney with Davis & Gilbert, sent us this document to share with our members.  Gary was a participant on a recent online event about privacy.

The document is full of good information for any employer.  Of particular note for digital signage is the guidance on clear directional information and safety precautions for returning employees.  Additionally there is information about privacy for providers of temperature scanning devices in the workplace.

DESCRIPTION:  Employers eagerly await guidance from federal, state and local authorities about how to safely re-open their offices. In the meantime, many are wisely using this time to plan ahead for re-entry. Davis & Gilbert attorneys Jessica Golden Cortes, Gary Kibel and Gabrielle White discuss some key considerations employers should take into account in planning for re-entry, from a legal, logistical, health, privacy and employee morale perspective.
